These terms apply to services provided by Cyber Elephant TV Mounting LLC (“we”, “us”) and to the use of cyber-elephant.com. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide TV wall mounting, fireplace and masonry mounting, cable concealment, soundbar and device setup, and TV dismount and relocation services.

Quotes and pricing

Prices on our website are starting prices for standard installations. Your final price is confirmed before work begins and depends on TV size, wall type and extra services. Mounts and hardware are not included in the installation price unless stated in your quote. If conditions on site differ from what was described, we will discuss and agree on any changes with you before starting.

Scheduling

We arrive within the agreed arrival window. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

Please make sure the work area is accessible, tell us about any known hidden pipes, wiring or wall issues, and obtain any approvals your building or HOA requires.

Warranty

Our workmanship is covered by a 2-year warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, moving or adjusting the TV or mount after installation, or defects in the TV or customer-supplied equipment.

Insurance and liability

We are a licensed and insured company. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
